Multipurpose technology for simultaneous preparation of primary and secondary tillage of the soil (first phase: prototype design)

چکیده

During the last decade in Mexico, profitability of basic grain crops has decreased considerably due to low productivity caused by unfavorable soil and climatic conditions, which are aggravated climate change. In addition, variability international economic environment rise fertilizer fuel prices factors that seriously affect production these food products. this context, it is important generate new practices technological innovations contribute reducing factors. There an enormous lag preparation. At present, disk plow still far most widely used implement for primary preparation production, causing high rates loss erosion, hard layers, minimal use moisture and, consequently, productivity. On other hand, requires power requirements, excessive operation times consumption. The purpose research was design a multipurpose prototype simultaneous secondary tillage crop establishment, with objective consumption, but without detracting from quality labor increasing yields. results show Multipurpose prototype, as mechanical equipment integrated three sections (chisel + harrow lump breaker), combined soil. This technology consists single step conditioning (minimum tillage) specifically grains.
